·          At 9:55 PM, squeeze the grape fruit. Add ½ cup of grapefruit with olive oil. Save the rest of grapefruit in  other cup.
·          Mix grapefruit with olive well properly, drink it at 10 PM within 5 minutes or less.
·          After that, now drink the rest of the grapefruit.
·          Now time to sleep.
·          Next morning, drink again the Epsom salt as soon as you wake up.
·          Drink rest of the Epsom salt 2 hours later.
·          You are eligible to eat fruits and salad 2 hours after your last Epsom salt.

  4.         Remove slowly and add oils. You may notice that they are thickening up the mixture bit. If needed, then return to low heat until everything is completely melted.( very good at low heat)
  5.          Add the melted mixture in a container and mix them.
  6.          If the butter and oils have been cooled down enough that they are not clear any longer, you can mix it in the waters
  7.          Start mixing the oil mixture on high speed. Then slowly add it to water mixture. The two mixture combine and for luscious cream.
  8.         Now mix in the essential oils.
  9.          Your cream is ready. Just pour it into a clean jar.


The recipe will make around 12 ounces of cream. It will last for 6 months. Store it in cool and dry place. If you want to make more than 12 ounces, then just double or triple all the ingredients. If you want best results, then use 3 times a day. This cream can also be used as a very good cold cream.
